Shay Dwyer
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Shay has been tattooing professionally since 2019. Over the years, she’s built a reputation for creating bold, vibrant, feminine tattoos while traveling and tattooing throughout the country. Shay spends her time split between guest spots at Black Velvet Ink and several studios throughout the Saratoga, NY area, consistently learning, collaborating, and expanding her knowledge.
Her favorite styles include glitter, neotraditional, and blackwork, but she’s always excited to take on any project that allows her to use her imagination. Her attention to detail, creativity, outgoing personality, and passion and commitment to her trade have helped her build lasting relationships with clients who return not just for her art, but for the experience as well.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll probably find her painting, at the gym, antiquing, wandering through nature, or rewatching any vampire series for the millionth time.
